Paragon Advance SL. was established in Spain in 2007, and works in close cooperation with FCC Paragon and Landlord Action in UK and the Asociación Europea de Arbitraje (AEADE). Paragon Advance España S.L. is directly associated with FCC Paragon and Landlord Action in UK.


FCC Paragon
FCC Paragon is established in the UK as one of the leading tenant referencing companies within the Industry, and has been providing services to the Residential Lettings Industry for nearly 14 years. Over 4,000 agents are now registered with FCC Paragon and are utilising the services provided. At present FCC Paragon is handling more than 500 references per day, and protects over 250.000 landlords and agents.

Landlord Action
Was set up in 1999 and has since its inception evicted over 13,000 bad tenants. Landlord Action´s unique way of working is that they were the first to offer eviction procedure for fixed fees and free advice to landlords in UK. Landlord Action is now the market leader in eviction in the UK.

AEADE
AEADE has dealt with over 25,000 arbitration or mediation proceedings over the last three years, in sectors as diverse as leasing, mobile telephony, publishing, security or office systems, establishing arbitration as an alternative legal vehicle to ordinary justice.
